We assume that musicians who perform in our venue have full control over their music. We ask them if they want to be recorded, and if they do, we give them the music. It seems that someone has now begun to record musicians in our concert house without anyone's permission, and we feel responsible for this loss of trust. We therefore ask that you ban the distribution of torrents of any recordings made at the Kerrytown Concert House in Ann Arbor. Currently, you have a torrent of the Ethnic Heritage Ensemble recorded without permission, and we ask that you immediately stop its distribution.
