Dear People at Dime a Dozen,

I was notified by a friend that some concerts at our Festival International de Musique Actuelle de Victoriaville (FIMAV) have been
recorded without our permission and then they have been available on your website for download... AKA the 3 concerts of
Anthony Braxton at Fimav 2005.

I would ask you to take out of your site all concerts recordings of our Festival as we and the artists have not given our
permissions for such a use and that we also have a Label, Les Disques VICTO and we are trying to survive. In fact we just put
out the Wolf Eyes / Anthony Braxton cd 099 « Black Vomit ».

Thanks for your understanding. I would appreciate a confirmation of your ban on all FIMAV and VICTO materials. We have just
presented the 23rd edition of FIMAV (www.fimav.qc.ca) and our Label - Les Disques VICTO has a catalogue of 100 cds
(www.victo.qc.ca).

Yours,

Michel Levasseur
Artistic and general manager of FIMAV
co-owner of Les Disques VICTO
