DIME has a zero-tolerance policy against the sale of bootlegs. Collecting revenue for the works of performers without proper compensation to them is unethical and impardonable.

Users lose access to the tracker if they are found to be engaged, involved, or cooperating in the sale of bootlegs, even if none of their offerings can be traced to DIME torrents. Any donations they had made are forfeited.

Dubitable cases will be resolved unilaterally by DIME management. Use of DIME is neither a civil right nor a necessity to life, and management reserves the right to refuse access to anyone for any reason at its sole discretion.
